After the recent earthquake in Turkey, Vatan Education and Technology Foundation sent 322 trucks of aid material to the disaster zone. Together with our 250 volunteers, we aim to reach the disaster victims one-to-one and deliver our aid to the most urgently needed areas. Our teams have made it a mission to deliver aid materials to the most remote and difficult geographies with our vehicles.

In this context, we delivered 270 living containers and 83-square-meter earthquake houses to the disaster zone to meet the shelter needs. We also delivered a series of basic necessities such as 6,500 beds, 1,000 bunk beds, 3,000 pillows and quilts, 5,000 blankets, 3,000 electric heaters, 1,000 sleeping bags, 1,000 bedding sets, 500 sofas, 300 cylinders, 600 tents, and 1,400 tons of firewood.

We have also set up the necessary infrastructure to ensure coordination and rapid response to needs in the region with management containers and vehicle equipment. From drills to spiral welding machines, welding goggles to drill bits, we are prepared to repair the damage caused by the earthquake and provide technical support to those in need by delivering a range of tools and equipment to the region.

In addition, 2 trucks of chocolate, 40 trucks of provisions, 1,900 tons of drinking water, 50,000 fruit juices, 1 truck of baby food, 2 trucks of sausage and 5 trucks of mixed food were sent to the region to meet food and nutrition needs. We also provided a wide range of aid for clothing and toy needs, including 250,000 socks, 400 asket and police boots, 2 trucks of work clothes, 2 trucks of clothes and shoes, 3 trucks of toys and 5,000 coloring books.

Health and hygiene supplies were not forgotten; 1,300 packages of medicines, 10,000 pieces of lice shampoo, 6 trucks of cleaning supplies, 3 trucks of women's and children's pads, 1,000,000 body cleaning towels and 1 ton of cat and dog food were shipped to the region to meet the hygiene and health needs of the disaster victims.

As all of Turkey has shown an example of benevolence and solidarity in this difficult process, we, as Vatan Education and Technology Foundation, extend our helping hand to the earthquake victims and show once again that we stand by our nation. May Allah never harm our state and nation.
