Bayraktar Insaat, founded and chaired by Erdoğan Bayraktar, introduced the “Adres Ankara Houses” project it is currently building in Yenimahalle, Ankara.

The event held in Ankara for the Adres Ankara Houses project, which has a total of 3 thousand houses, an open street, a street market and a concept of shops, was attended by former Minister of Industry and Trade Ali Çoşkun, former Minister of National Education Hüseyin Çelik, Honorary President of the Court of Cassation Sami Selçuk, Sadık Yakut, who served as Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan, Chief Advisor to the President Oktay Saral, Chief Public Auditor of Turkey Şeref Malkoç, Salim Salih Sarıalioğlu, as well as many new and old deputies, figures from the world of politics, sports and business.

Erdoğan Bayraktar, who stated that the world faces economic crises every 5-10 years, gave examples of how Turkey overcame the economic embargoes and crises it faced in 1974 and 2008, when it was affected, and said, “Housing, real estate and real estate have always defeated interest and foreign exchange. The majority of those who did not make housing investments during the crisis period regretted their decisions in the face of rising prices after the crisis,” he said.

Bayraktar, who said that Adres Ankara Evleri Project has advantages in the face of rising interest and foreign exchange rates, said that firstly, the project is a privileged project, it will create awareness in Ankara, it will be an exemplary project with its living spaces, social and cultural areas, secondly, the location where the project rises is the 2nd largest hospital in Turkey, the region is open to development and has a very high potential, which shows that a value much higher than the increasing interest rates will be obtained with the housing or commercial area investment to be made in this project, and thirdly, the project consists of approximately 3 thousand houses in 3 parcels. Erdoğan Bayraktar stated that approximately 1,290 of these will be delivered to cooperative owners as 160 m2, 4+1 units, and Bayraktar İnşaat will also own approximately 1,536 apartments and approximately 70 commercial areas in the Adres Ankara Çarşı section.

TO BE DELIVERED IN 2025

Making statements regarding the families purchasing housing from the Adres Ankara Evleri project, Bayraktar said that they will deliver the purchased apartments to the families in mid-2025 as promised. He stated that the ongoing construction is currently at 45-50 percent levels.
