Trabzon - Of Gürpınar Marketplace Project

The project, which will be completed in more than one stage, has been developed in Taşhanpazarı, Gürpınar neighborhood, Gürpınar district, Of district, Trabzon province, in order to develop trade in the region, increase employment and meet the current needs of the people. Especially since Uzungöl, one of the favorite tourism regions of Trabzon, is located on the transportation axis, a recreation work with 62 commercial areas was carried out on a plot of 18,507 m2. It is thought that the project, designed by considering all highway connections and vehicle entrances and exits, will benefit both the region and its users. In order to meet the accommodation needs in the same region, a 30-room apart hotel project was designed and licenses were obtained. The construction processes of the projects with a total construction area of 10,489 m2 are planned to start in 2024. Regarding the other stages of the project, considering the needs of the region, it is planned to add a Vocational High School, Dormitory - Guest House and a High School building by enlarging the existing school building. Structures are in the project design phase.
